    I love your spine ones. I have lumbar issues since having my son and try to keep my mobility/flexibility in check so I can continue to be as pain free as possible. Your spine and hip videos are amazing. Some of your moves are unique and I haven’t seen them before. Good job. Excited to try more of your videos. ❤️

    Julia, I am in l am with your workouts!!! Many of them here on youtube are not suitable for people with spine problems, but YOURS are absolutely perfect! I love the modality, the music, the general background. Its so relaxing but functional at the same time. Thank you!!

    I love the creativity of the movements. I did some waist/abs exercices yesterday and have some sore muscles, so I can tell exactly which muscles I use in every movement! It's fun to feel that. We should do these every day...

    Love this stretch routine. Before this exercise I had a really tight upper back and my neck muscles were stiff. After doing it for 12 minutes and more I can really feel my back muscles loosening up and my neck stiffness though not all gone is greatly reduced. Will definitely incorporate this into my daily routine. Love the bretzel routine and really unlocked my back stiffness. Thanks so much for this informative vid.

    Because of my running training and because I neglected my back's strength, I have such a sore lower back after long runs. I am going to add some back exercises (mobility & strength) to my routine from now on😊. It's all about having an all rounded foundation 💪

    My physical therapist said NOT to do neck rolls. Move head down and back, then ear to shoulder on each side, then look left and right. Separate that move in other words. Neck still gets a nice stretch.

    The last one is always a breathing exercise for me, so easy to forget to breathe 🤦‍♂️

    The one thing I would like to comment on is that you should never do a full neck roll it crunches the vertebra together.... Big no no especially if you have compressed discs you do half moon.
